The Assurant Rewards program is designed to reward participants for the sale of all eligible Assurant service contracts and pre-paid maintenance contracts.
It’s simple. The more Assurant service contracts you sell, the more Assurant Rewards you can earn!
To begin click the New Participant Enrollment button below. After reviewing the program terms and conditions, you’ll be asked to complete an online enrollment.
Please provide your basic contact information, the dealership that you will be associated with. Once you submit the enrollment form, a Rewards program specialist will email you a link to our secure DocuSign platform.
Here you will need to complete and submit your W-9 form. Enrollment in the Assurant Reward program will not begin until the W-9 form is submitted.
In order to receive credit for contracts sold, you need to make sure that your full name, provided during enrollment, is written on each contract you sell.
Below is a screenshot of where your name needs to be included on the contract as the Dealer Representative.
If you are using an econtracting platform and your name is not showing up on the contract, please contact your Assurant representative or District Manager for assistance.
The Rewards team will not accept hand-written names on electronic contracts.
Rewards points will be issued for the contracts received and processed in the previous month and captured on your dealership’s previous month’s billing statement.
A Rewards program specialist will prepare the funding report with rewards points per F&I Manager based on the previous month’s billing statement.
The funding report is then sent to the Assurant Rewards card partner, Blackhawk, who will fund your Rewards card with the approved points.
The Assurant Rewards card will be funded by the 15th of each month.

Once you complete the new participant enrollment and submit your W-9 form, you should receive a new, zero balance Assurant Rewards Visa card in approximately 2 weeks.
This card is completely reusable and re-loadable.
